Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your bracelet. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@thehappybracelets.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with next steps. Returns are not accepted without prior contact — please don't send items back without reaching out first, as we won't be able to process them.
Condition of Returns
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized bracelets, gift sets that have been opened, and subscription boxes are final sale and not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your bracelet arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thehappybracelets.com with photos, and we'll make it right.
